What AV production is.
AV Events is running the audio-visual layer of your event. Sound design and mixing, lighting design and operation, camera work, projection and IMAG, live streaming, playback, and the coordination between all of it.
It is different from just recording an event. This is the technical production of the event itself. The reason the microphones sound right, the lights hit the stage on cue, the screens show what should be on them, and the room feels like it was built for what is happening in it.

Every AV engagement runs on the following stack. Scaled to the size and shape of your event.
Audio system and mixing
Full sound design, PA reinforcement, live mixing, wireless mic management, and recorded feed. Broadcast-quality audio out to house, stream, and archive.
Lighting design and operation
Full lighting design and cue operation. Front wash, stage keys, accents, color, and any dynamic cues the event calls for.
Multi-camera IMAG
Multi-camera image magnification to house screens. Real switching, real camera operators, real coverage. The people in the back row see what people up front see.
Presentation and playback
Slide advancement, video playback, lower thirds, sponsor loops. All the on-screen elements handled from one operator station.
Live streaming
Optional live streaming as part of the AV package. YouTube, Facebook, custom encoders, or a private stream for remote attendees.
On-site coordination
A dedicated event lead on-site running comms with venue, speakers, and your team. So you can actually be present at your own event.

Walkthrough
On-site walkthrough of the venue with the event lead. Sight lines, power, rigging, stage layout, run of show.
Load-in and tech
Load-in the day before or day-of. Full tech rehearsal with speakers, band, or presenters as scheduled.
Event day
The full crew on-site, running the event from doors open through last cue. Comms in real time. Nothing surprises us.
Teardown and delivery
Full teardown same night or next day. Recorded feeds and stream archive delivered within a week.
